  • This offer cannot be redeemed with any other promotional offers.
  • The fan(s) must have been purchased during the Promotional Period which begins on 01/08/2017 and expires on 17/09/2017. Fans purchased outside of this promotional period are not eligible for cashback. This promotion is an exclusive offer on the Origin DC (Part numbers CFFCOR4KO & CFFCOR4WH).
  • Claims must be made on or before 30/11/2017. No claims will be accepted after 23:59 AEST on 30/11/2017.
  • To claim you must attach a scanned copy of your completed claim form and the electrical certificate provided by the qualified installer at the time of installation. Failure to supply a valid certificate will result in a void claim. The claim form will be supplied by the place of purchase at the time of placing your order. If you require a copy of the claim form please contact your place of purchase.
  • To claim, (i) you must have purchased an Origin DC ceiling fan at full price from any participating retailer during the Promotion Period; (ii) have had the fan(s) being claimed for cashback installed by a registered electrician on or before 30/11/2017; (iii) register your details and submit a fully completed claim form at www.fanco.com.au/origin-cashback which includes your name, contact number, email address, order number, place of purchase, product(s) ordered and quantity purchased; (iv) nominate your preferred bank details to receive the credit; and, (v) attach the copy of the valid electrical certificate.
  • An amount of $50 per fan purchased and installed will be credited to your nominated bank account upon completion of a successful claim. Please allow 7-10 working days to receive the credit.
  • Universal Fans Australia Pty Ltd, acting as Promotor of this promotion on behalf of Fanco Australia, reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, proof of purchase, and valid installation) and to disqualify any claimant who the Promoter reasonably believes has submitted a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process in any way. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  • Appropriate and correct bank account details must be provided. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if incorrect details are provided and reserves the right to disqualify the claimant from reapplying to claim the cashback offer. Incomplete, ineligible, indecipherable, late or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible or misdirected claims, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over telecommunications, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
  • Any costs associated with participating in this Promotion (including installation of the product(s), registering online and submitting a claim) are the claimants’ responsibility.
  • If for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter any aspect of this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated (including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition) the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; (b) invalidate any claims; or (c) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

  • Details provided will only be used to process the cashback claim. Your details will not be provided to any third parties and will not be used for any other purposes such as marketing.
  • We would love to see your new ceiling fan installed – if its convenient we would really appreciate an image of your ceiling fan in its new home. Uploaded images may be used for marketing purposes, this may include but is not limited to being uploaded to our website, being uploaded to our authorized online sellers websites or being uploaded to our social media accounts. No personal data will be published. This is entirely optional.
